How We Work
From brief to deployment in four distinct phases. Each agent owns their stage of the pipeline.
Phase 01
Describe
You write the mission brief. What's the problem, what's the context, what does success look like. Hannibal structures the requirements.
Phase 02
Recon
Face maps the landscape — existing solutions, stakeholders, data sources, constraints. No surprises halfway through.
Phase 03
Prototype
Murdock builds the lateral solution. Fast iteration, edge-case exploration, reframing the problem until the right approach is visible.
Phase 04
Deliver
B.A. hardens and ships. Security review, load testing, deployment automation, monitoring. The prototype becomes production.
